The immediate future is well defined.  We know what we need to do in the next few minutes.  Some of us even plan the entire day out in exact detail.  But the further ahead we look, the fuzzier things get.  And you know what?  That’s a great thing!  How boring would it be to know every single detail of the future, every sunny day, every gloomy day, the ups, the downs?  No more happy surprises, no more NEW.

Sometimes not knowing what’s ahead can be scary, I get that.  We all have our habits, our routines, our comforts. I certainly hate it when software changes!  But uncertainty brings opportunity.  It gives us a chance to learn, teach, grow, meet new people.  Maybe those fuzzy clouds on the horizon bring nourishing rain, not doom and gloom.  The future is what each of us makes it.  Make it a good one.
